DISCRIMINATION

Dear all,
We should not be prejudice in humanity; whatever the situation we should come forward and help the people who are suffering any critical time. Either they are in some natural disasters or being trapped in oppression or victim of cruelty, we should help them keeping aside our liking and disliking. Help and humanity should not discriminate religion, race, language, geographic division or complexion. We are all same and humans. Our traditions, way of living or accent may be different but one thing is same and that is we are humans. We should feel the pain of others.
Minorities are main victims of inhuman practices; one vibrant example is Muslims of Myanmar (Burma). They have been slaughtered, being pulled out of the country and forced to become refugees in other countries. The good news in regard is that the issue grabbed the attention of international media after so many brutal incidents. Now it’s been expected that they be will be provided the place they deserve.  Their only crime is that they are minorities in their country.
If we are going to find the origins of people, it could be difficult to survive as in previous times different people migrated at different places. They have various reasons to leave their places and at that time there was no hurdle of visas. Where ever a skilled one is appreciated they migrated with all their families and started to live in the new atmosphere. Despite centuries of migration, natives never accepted them and behave them as an outsider. Time by time, natives tried to pull them out of their countries that are not fair.
I am not favoring a community or religion; it is the serious matter for minorities. This problem is not limited to minorities but immigrants are also suffering in many societies even in modern times. Immigrants are also being treated as aliens in society. No doubt they are different in culture but they must also be given time to mold themselves according to the changing environment. Some people may be rigid to accept changes. They need to be educated and trained in a new atmosphere. Illegal immigrants are not my subject they should not be accepted as it has become a threat to nations.
There are only a few countries that are excellent to accept new talent and new cultures. They have so adaptable that everyone is trying to become a part of that culture. People love to serve in these countries at any cost. There are also problems and issues but they are ready to resolve them with good command and tolerance. Nations must be open-hearted to accept others in their societies.
We should change our minds in this regard. Minorities must be allowed to live according to their trends. We should also respect their believing. They must not be forced to convert or migrate again. Let them feel as it is their homeland and they are not different. Our new world order should be humanity and not cruelty.
Best regards.

KIDNEY TRADING

Dear all,
Donating something for someone’s betterment is a noble cause and much significant action. Only kind-hearted people can do the same to prove oneself a true human being. Donations are not restricted in shape of cash or moveable properties but people sacrifice their body organs for others treatments. There are many examples when a person declares a will to donate its body parts like eyes, kidneys, heart, liver etc to various needy patients. Due to latest research and technology, it becomes very easy for surgeons to transplant the said organs to donees.
When we talk about kidney donation, we observe that most of the times, it is preferred that donor should be a close relative. A close one may avoid many complications in kidney transplant. On the other hand, if a donor is an outsider then it takes a lot of checks before the procedure. Blood and tissue match is a common term and there are many more for precautions. But both ways are popular for this procedure.
Kidney donation, like others donations, is also a noble cause to save someone’s life. According to WHO, 91 countries are carrying out kidney transplant; people are commendable who donate it to others. No need to mention that we humans have mostly two kidneys and one healthy person can survive with one kidney.9th March is globally declared as World Kidney Day in order to keep the people aware of its importance, care and donation.
But everything has pro and cons; we observe many greedy and insincere people who prefer to collect the money under the shadow of this donation. Actually, they are traders and trading of human organs is illegal. They attract poor and needy people for little incentives and provoke them to sell their kidney at a low price. They pretend that they are doing it all for a noble cause but making a huge profit by selling it a high cost. There are many needy ones who are ready to offer any amount to save one’s life.
In South Asia, one can easily find a donor for the kidney at an affordable price. There are many people who are living a miserable life and ready to sell themselves at the price of some necessities. Due to unstable economic situations and unjustified division of resources, such lower middle class is increasing day by day. There is nobody to look after them for their needs and they are often engaged in illegal activities. We have very clear examples of many villages where people opt this and sell their kidneys, now there is no one left with two kidneys except newborn.  This activity is although illegal but still running very successfully. Well-offs have no hurdle to fulfill their requirements through this systems. There are many authentic and unauthentic doctors available who perform this procedure in private places.
There is another scenario, where we observe the increasing rate of kidnapping. Criminal are kidnapping the people and selling their body parts to various areas of the world. In past few months, newspapers were full of such incidents where bodies were found without organs in many countries of South Asia. Their main cause is to sell the kidneys as it is a profitable business for them. They have no concern that the person they are selling in parts is a loved one to someone. These insensible people are not only illiterate persons from crime world but there are many respectable names of doctors also associated with this dirty and inhuman job.
According to Human Organs Transplantation Act of 1994, the trade of human organs is ban. Officials have constituted and implemented many rules and regulations to stop this nasty work and held many violators behind bars. This is not enough, people handling this syndicate should be accused not the puppets.

10 WAYS TO AVOID WATER WASTAGE

Dear all,
Our world is running out of fresh water; the crisis is at its terrifying stage. Everyone needs to put ones share in different campaigns to lower or avoid the situation. Our 1/5 population is already facing the scarcity of water, now more numbers are going to add in this. The scenario is worse and it can be treated with solid and concrete steps. As a human being, we should feel the pain of such sufferers. A right step will not only help other victims but will lead also to enjoy a long time facility in their homes.
Some of us have no fear of this situation at this time as they are getting plenty of water in their taps and there is no interruption in their routine. The following precautions are actually for those who already enjoy an uninterrupted supply of water in their houses. With these simple changes in their life, they can help a lot of people around the world.
1)      Starting with early morning, we should turn off the tap while brushing the teeth or shaving. There is no need to listen to music of running water at that time to avoid it.
2)      Dishwashing and laundry, usually are the times when gallons of water is consumed. Sometimes it is a requirement but this can be prevented by careful use of water.
3)      Tap water wastage is also a many time occurrence in our routine. We should check and maintain the taps and also check seepage of water tanks.

4)      Plants and trees bring beauty and life to our home, we should use a soil that soaks water in it and restrains the moisture for a longer time. Material like coco peat is a major source and other sources can be found in different studies. Pots may be placed in the shady area so that they consume less water.
5)      Watering the garden is a time-consuming job and some of us put the water pipe in gardens and let the water flow on its own. Many times it turns out into the conversion of a garden into a shallow pond. Auto water irrigations systems are now available for domestic use.

6)      Cleanliness is good for health and hygiene but we should avoid using the open flow of water to wash all house or garages. A time schedule could be maintained and this can be done on alternate days instead daily.
7)      Kids and youngsters mostly consume 4 times more water as compare to others while in the shower, they need to educate regarding this wastage. Although it is a difficult one, a steady and kind gesture will bring them to the track.
8)      Fountains and waterfalls in the garden are also a fascinating and eye-catching view. It is also a way of lavish lifestyle. But this is not the right time for such wastage. We should avoid such luxuries on daily basis. It could be limited to use when throwing a party.
9)      Water tanks on rooftops have now become a part of our daily life; it is an alternate in interruptions. Most of us have installed an auto switch to avoid wastage of water. There are still many who forgot to switch off the electric pump while filling the tank and it is causing a lot of wastage of water.

10)   Rainwater is a good natural source but we often let it waste. It can be preserved to use in plants and pots while distal water generated by air conditioning systems can also be used in batteries and for cleaning purposes.
Best regards.

DIY-LEARN AND ENJOY

Hello all,

DIY (Do it yourself), my favorite in tutorial and blessing for everyone. It is a good medium for sharing and learning about new things. When you start searching for “how to make a scented candle”, you can find a lot of tutorials on the same subject with different duration. DIYs have become a necessity of life, especially, for household women; some year back they need someone expert for various works at home. Now, due to the internet world, you can find all help on your mobile screen in an easy way. This help is indeed not less than any other experts.
I personally prefer short time tutorials which are concise and elaborative. As we are always running out of time and are in a hurry so such tutorials really suit us. Actually, the reason behind it is that if I am keen to learn about anything, I can grab it with glimpses and need not a complete explanation. Due to DIY, I have learned and made many things at home and repaired my car scratch well. One can become expert with the help of these simple and effective tips that others share their short videos.
Long duration videos are also needed for complete learning as some jobs are tedious and one cannot perform it without meticulous details. I once interested to make puff pastry at home and I opened my phone for help. There were plenty of recipes and DIY to prepare it. At first, I preferred a video with smaller duration but failed to complete my job. Then I reverted to a comprehensive and authentic technique through a longer version and follow each and every step; believe me, it worked.
There is a bad scenario also in this field that many videos you opened are mostly useless. People upload the videos without any authenticity or proper learning. They just try to raise the numbers of their videos on their YouTube channel. Such things are waste of time and should not be uploaded with the DIY title as people are mostly confident that they will find a helpful thing in this section. One should make research and practice before making a video for DIY; it is a matter of trust, learning, and sharing.
Sometimes, you can find some DIY videos with editing, where you will find the procedure and result entirely different. If we work on such tutorials it must be a disappointment. I personally love to open my favorite one on which I trust. And if I have to switch to the other and different subject, I watch the new DIY carefully in order to avoid cheating. There are very small numbers of such fraudulent but still exists. Mostly there is help all around.
It introduces us a world of care and share and everyone can do anything at any time. Once people cannot think of such expertise in their hand but it exists now. The dream comes true, do not miss the chance, learn as much you can. Surprise others with your skills and monetize as well.

Best regards.
